Albany Streetwear – Returns & Refunds Policy (Australia)

At Albany Streetwear, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure your rights are protected.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

We offer returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds for change of mind may be issued as store credit or exchange (at our discretion).

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL.
Please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method where required under law, or as store credit where applicable.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
